This premium lens is designed to withstand almost any weather condition as it includes weather sealing in 11 separate locations to make it impervious to moisture and dust. Other features include a minimum focusing distance that’s just under 8 inches (20cm), allowing for close-up shooting capabilities and a unique MSC(Movie-Still Compatible) mechanism, which provides swift, nearly silent autofocus operation. Users also can adjust camera settings on the fly by utilizing the L-Fn button with 27 assignable functions and a Manual Focus Clutch with a built-in Hyper Focal Scale.
